The
Center for Interuniversity Research in Quantitative Economics (C.I.R.E.Q)
regroups researchers in the fields of econometrics, economic theory,
macroeconomics and financial markets, labor economics, and environmental
economics. They come mainly from the Université de Montréal,
McGill University and Concordia University. CIREQ offers a dynamic environment
of research in quantitative economics thanks to the large number of activities
that it organizes (seminars, workshops, conferences) and to the visitors
it receives every year.
The
Centre interuniversitaire de recherche
en analyse des organisations (CIRANO) is an interuniversity centre
of research, liaison, and transfer of knowledge on the analysis of organizations.
It provides access to the best researchers in this field to any firm or
organization, private or public, seeking innovative ways to improve the
efficiency of its activities.
The
Centre interuniversitaire de
recherche sur les réseaux d'entreprise, la logistique et le transport
(CIRRELT) specializes in quantitative and computer-based
methodologies and analyses as applied to the planning, management and
operation of urban, interurban and international passenger and freight
transportation systems. The Centre is also skilled in performing analyses
of regulatory, economic and other environments and of industrial, governmental
and other policies affecting transportation systems.
